Two mornings on the phone from 800am not getting on triage. Visited Surgery reception on 3rd morning with success.

You need a bigger triage list . Obviously this requires more GPs which applies to follow up appointments.

Given an appointment the day after calling, friendly reception, clean modern premises. Seen before appointment time. Dr Nitin (?) very thorough and explained everything clearly.

I rang in the morning, told I'd be tri-aged and to expect a phone call. Receptionist phoned as promised and l had a Dr's appointment at Ninfield. The Dr was very polite, and very helpful with advice etc. Thank you.

As I work it seems hard to get an appointment.

As I had to wait 55min past the appointment time it would have been nice to have been keep informed about the waiting times..
